To do this, we require a non-refundable deposit to pay for travel, equipment, crew members, vendors, hotel, flight, and more to make sure we have the resources to match your needs. We want to make sure we provide you with high-quality photography, videography, and more!

 

With that said the remaining balance is refundable in case of schedule changes, cancellation with the inability to make it, unexpected weather delays, sickness or any other emergencies.

 

Refunds may be reimbursed for failure to meet expectations. As long as their expectations are reasonable, documented with an agreement *signed* and included in the notes of the invoice. Any harassment for a refund for personal gains can void the refund entirely. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the work completed.
